The Premier Inn, Wembley has been designed and built to achieve BREEAM Excellent standards. The £26.5 million development is located within an existing pedestrian boulevard adjacent to Wembley Stadium.

EOS designed, and manufactured Steel Framing Infill Systems, using offsite construction methods which reduced disruption to the surrounding neighbours. The site teams proactively arranged site visits for local construction students, participated in community volunteering days and held DIY workshops for members of the public. The 312-bedroom Premier Inn was extremely quick to build, as the scheme relied on repetition and mass standardisation which enabled EOS to deliver ahead of schedule.
