High-performance, high-quality, every time
We are committed to helping you create buildings which are both safe and inspiring. From design to installation, providing you with performance where it matters is at the very heart of what we do.
Our full-scale testing regimes ensure that all of the products in our solutions work together to perform, as designed and expected, in the real world.
Our integrated, automated manufacturing and assembly processes ensure that what is designed is what is manufactured and built; accurately, precisely and consistently.
And our site installation teams have all the credentials, and a long track record, of working safely and efficiently with our systems to meet the most challenging programmes.
Testing
Our aim is to eliminate the uncertainty from specification decisions. We subject our building systems to rigorous, full-scale testing to ensure that they will perform as designed and expected – whether it’s from a fire, acoustics, structural, thermal or air-tightness perspective. We want you to design and build with peace of mind, and performance assured.
design
Our in-house design teams consist of some of the leading experts in light gauge steel construction across Europe. Our Building Designers and Engineers use the latest, BIM ready software to design the most appropriate and efficient way to build the superstructure of your building, ensuring that it is fully compliant.
Manufacturing
Precision, tolerances and consistency you simply cannot get with traditional construction. Once the design is approved, the specifications are translated into product components in our software and transferred directly to our manufacturing equipment, ensuring absolute accuracy from design to production of every cold-rolled component section and profile.
installation
With a long track record of delivering safely and efficiently, our site teams are certified with all the relevant credentials. And with systems and processes that enable follow-on trades to start earlier on site, we help you to meet the most challenging programmes.
